The warm and friendly welcome set a positive tone for our stay. The spotless double room provided a marvelous bed and an eye-level safe, quite rare in hotels. The cooked breakfast was outstanding and kept us satisfied for our day in York, proving the dining experience to be exceptional. The staff's professionalism during a busy time was particularly commendable.

We felt truly welcomed during our three-night stay. The enthusiastic staff made every meal special, especially dinner, which exceeded our expectations. Had an amazing two-night stay! The roast beef was cooked to perfection, and I can't stop raving about the passion fruit cheesecake. The breakfast was just delightful, truly a highlight of our stay!

we had a lovely stay at loftsome bridge hotel. the staff were super friendly n helpful, made us feel right at home. breakfast was really yummy, full of options! we also loved the views from our room, it was so peaceful n quiet. plenty of parking too, which is a big win.

but the shower pressure was kinda weak n the bath fan didn't really work. had a bit of a hard time with that.

The warm welcome from the staff made my check-in feel like visiting family! I absolutely loved the first-class breakfast with options like the best poached eggs I’ve ever had and those delicious mini Danish pastries! Plus, the evening meal was a gourmet experience with a fabulous steak and mushroom pie that was simply out of this world!

Best fillet steak ever!

Had an amazing time here! The fillet steak with brandy peppercorn sauce was cooked to perfection—so juicy and tender. Partner loved the duck too! The cottages were super clean and spacious. Breakfast was filling.
